From 18/05/2018 to 27/05/2018, Trezzo sull'Adda, Milan, Monza
The International Parks Festival has been a national event for a number of years, held on World Biodiversity Day and European Day of Parks. As part of these international events, for 2018 the festival will once again work with institutions, the scientific community and the voluntary sector to promote and share at national level measures and appropriate actions to protect and safeguard nature. In addition to an exhibition that responds to growing attention to conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, the festival aims to encourage more direct involvement of primary and secondary schools through a competition and a show of works produced, which will engage the whole territory in collaboration with ANCI Lombardia.
The International Parks Festival continues to go from strength to strength, expanding its scope and targeted actions in order to become the top annual gathering focusing on themes related to the environment, nature, the territory, landscape, biodiversity and communication with the involvement of schools, youngsters, the world of sport in parks, and universities.
